Description

瑞蚨園為保證責任嘉義縣阿里山茶籽茶油生產合作社的共同品牌，期提供國人優質且能安心食用的純正100％台灣苦茶油，並積極復育台灣本土茶籽(台灣野生種油茶樹-白花小果油茶樹)。

(一)   我們的油茶籽品種：採用苦茶油界的LV-白花小果油茶籽製成。

(二)   我們的榨油技術：採機器螺旋的低溫壓榨法生產。

合作社產出的苦茶油，在外觀上不但保有黃金翠綠的顏色，在氣味上也濃郁香醇，過程中絕不添加任何油品及香料，每年都亦將自產的苦茶油送檢（檢驗農藥殘留及黃麴毒素），而本合作社是引用拋棄式過濾紙，過濾效果比傳統更佳，能有效把雜質降低，延長保存效期，並定期更新檢驗報告，讓所有消費者朋友買的安心、吃的安心。這就是本合作社出產的苦茶油，要給消費者的品質保證！
